This is a strategic sales position in Integras premier sales channel requiring an in-depth knowledge of how technology is used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges. As a Premier Account Executive, you will apply a value-based methodology to achieve goals and position for long-term results, by selling consultatively, building account plans, identifying and developing leads, setting appointments, conducting account research, leading marketing calls, and creating relationships that lead to new business opportunities for the company. Position requires strategic selling abilities, critical thinking and planning coupled with tactical execution of identified business opportunities. Responsible for managing all facets of the relationship with named or large key accounts of significant strategic importance to the organization while ensuring revenue goals are being met. These responsibilities involve representing to new and existing customers a complex suite of services and products to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and meet assigned monthly selling objectives while increasing customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
5-8 years proven business-to-business outside sales experience in Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 sized accounts
Exceptional prospecting, sales proposal development and presentation and conceptual selling skills to large customers with robust product/service requirements.
Experience selling total solutions and value to Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 customers in the areas of strategic telecommunications products and services, with fiber rich facilities.
Documented proof of quota attainment and regional or national sales ranking
Experience building and expanding named accounts as well as selling new clients
Documented experience and success selling to executives and multiple level decision makers in large complex accounts
Ability to build existing relationships with accounts to optimize retention
Excellent planning skills to develop sales activity and account development plans

Experience with
Strong sales network, demonstrating the ability to leverage these networks to sell to large single and multi-site level customers.
Established vendor relationships.
