The Director of Award/Incentive Sales will be tasked with identifying, developing and then growing a revenue stream in the Awards/Incentive market.
Primary responsibilities will be to identify and then develop new customers.
This is a newly created position and the successful candidate is intended to be the primary driver of company penetration into this new channel of distribution for its world renowned product.
Success will result in high visibility to senior management and the Board of Directors for the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will play the leading role in identifying the appropriate product line and promotional/marketing tools necessary for success in this channel.

Education/Experience Required:
*BA/BS degree
*8-10 years of Sales in the Awards/Incentive/Promotional community
*Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
*Proven leadership and sales success in this channel
*Powerful relationship building skills


Development of a strategic plan for penetrating this newly identified channel of distribution.

Understanding of customer and product opportunities, including Awards/Incentive and Promotional opportunities.

Ability and proven track record of developing Award, promotional and incentive product solutions for clients.

Ability and eagerness to travel to various customer locations and participate in client events as required.

Ability to manage and exceed expectations with regard to revenue and margin objectives

Ability and eagerness to interact with other internal departments in the development and implementation of promotional programs, advertising, and product introductions, aligning these efforts with broader Montana Silversmiths strategies.

Eagerness to seek out new uses, applications, and avenues for Montana Silversmiths products within the Awards/Incentives/Promotional Product channel

Willingness to comply with all company policies, instructions, and directives in pursuit of the fulfillment of company objectives, always striving to maximize revenue and profitability.
