Business Development-Sales Territory Executive - Games Vertical
Pole To Win is looking for a Sr. Services Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Computer and video games market and to work within our Global sales team. This individual must be a dynamic and highly motivated based sales person, who will generate leads, make presentations, persuade decision makers, negotiate service contracts, manage client relationships, and above all else, close new deals with new clients.

This position is perfect for an ambitious, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results oriented person with a proven track record in a sales role. A wide experience of selling outsource services to the US video games industry is essential. This position is located in the Bay area.
Responsibilities
Primarily to generate new business with games publishers and developers
Closing sales and exceeding sales targets for Pole To Win
Identify and pursue target prospects and prospective clients
Represent Pole to Wins breadth of services and expertise in the marketplace and relative to its competition
Attendance at Trade Shows as required
Set up and attend client meetings and deliver sales pitches and presentations
Own the proposal generation dynamics and produce quotations in close collaboration with the Operations and Sales Support Teams
Maintain a Gap Plan and track achievement against sales target
Input all sales activity detail and update pipeline on a regular basis into Salesforce CRM
Support Senior Management and contribute as part of the Games Sales Team
Travel as required
Skills:
Sales experience in the video games industry (at least 2 years)
Ability to creatively and proactively meet and exceed territory sales targets.
Ability to forecast and manage pipeline.
Ability to prospect and establish new client relationships and network within an organisation.
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Experience of working from home is desirable
Experience of working within a remote team environment
RFP / RFI response management
Ideal candidate will have:
oExperience in selling services to the computer and video games industry specifically to heads of QA, Localisation, and Development personnel within an organisation.
oCapable of generating qualified leads and assess prospect value
oStrong presentation and interpersonal skills
oAble to demonstrate ability to close sales
oAbility to forecast sales opportunities
oWillingness to work within a multinational environment
oProficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
oKnowledge of Salesforce CRM is desirable
