Job Description: Hands-on position requiring a confident, organized and self-starting individual. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, communication and presentation skills to support the companys Strategic Pricing Associates (SPA) initiative specifically and overall pricing objectives in general.

Manage daily SPA process:develop exception methodologies; report on exceptions and make recommendations for improvement; teach and coach pricing best practices; adjust part number matrix attributes which drive acceptance and margin improvement; manage SPA customer categories: customer type methodology, customer size methodology, review and adjust as needed.

Administer Cost to Sales:Adjust CTS as appropriate with actual cost changes or other drivers; vendor price changes; methodical changes.

Assist in developing and creating project pricing; work on reduction of MISC sales- opportunities for new part numbers and eliminating old part numbers; other job related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements: Associate Degree from a college or technical school in sales, marketing, business or closely related field is required; a minimum of Two (2) years experience in a similar role preferred. Must have the ability to build rapport, trust and working relationships with coworkers and across departments is critical. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to implement methodologies to collect, maintain and analyze data, and to convert raw data into actionable information. Strong skills and experience in Microsoft Excel is beneficial. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently, consult with appropriate personnel, and multi-task. Good understanding of current sales process and ERP a plus. Applicable business development and marketing experience a plus. Must be an exceptional listener with excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills.
