Advanced Diamond Technologies is looking for an ambitious and highly self-directed Industrial Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing company. We bring diamond coated solutions to our customers to increase their products' functionality in a number of ways. Our Sales Representative will follow-up and qualify existing leads, develop and manage clients, and work closely with internal departments to ensure on-time completion.

The successful Industrial Sales Representative will be aggressive, have a minimum of 5 years industrial sales experience and strong technological proclivity. This role is critical for our continued growth and sustained longevity, and your sales expertise and strategic abilities will be integral part of our success.

Industrial Sales Representative Responsibilities & Duties Include:

Qualify existing leads for viable business
30%-50% travel to conduct onsite visits with clients and potential clients
Assist with the creation of marketing and sales programs to develop new customers
Interface with internal departments as needed to ensure on time completion of product
Focus sales efforts by studying the market opportunities and the fit with our products
Utilize SalesForce for all activity tracking and information gathering
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops; and diverse networking
Other duties as needed for success

Industrial Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills Include:

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in an Industrial environment
Bachelors Degree is required
Strong technological acumen
Intellectual curiosity
Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency
Advanced proficiency with SalesForce.com or comparable CRM
Positive, undeterred, resilient nature
Proven ability to follow up and follow through, with a keen eye for creative problem solving and being a team player
