An exciting opportunity with great earning potential in a small business environment. As a leader in its marketplace providing software solutions for over 30 years, this Northbrook company seeks an energetic and driven individual for its sales department. We are looking for an individual that can help us grow through implementation of new sales initiatives and strategies.

Customer service will be a strength of any individual in this position. We have an extensive service offering and can be doing more business with our existing client base. We also receive significant Internet hits and look to continue to capture that business.

The ideal candidate is motivated by high earning potential. He/she is about 75% sales person and 25% customer service. Furthermore, the applicant is comfortable offering ideas and suggestions to improving procedures and increasing sales, and skilled enough to develop and implement them.

Requirements:

- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong computer skills and quick to learn new software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic and outgoing in a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Inside sales / customer service skills a plus.
- Second language a plus.
