Private Client Resources LLC is a financial technology company in the ultra-high-net-worth sector specializing in enriched data aggregation services, reporting and technology. PCRs clients include 6 of the 10 leading private banks, as well as elite RIAs and family offices. PCR is growing substantially, expanding product lines and services to accelerate growth.

This senior level position will be responsible for driving annual double-digit growth, developing a high-performance sales team, developing sales infrastructure and processes, managing to growth targets and budgets and enhancing the firms credibility and reputation in the marketplace. This position will work closely with CEO and Chief Commercial Officer to integrate and align firms brand, marketing and sales efforts.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of accelerating growth, hitting sales targets and developing and managing sales teams while working effectively with executive leaders, key stakeholders, centers of influence, and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hands-on leader that will hire, train, manage and successfully lead a team to achieve goals while positively impacting the brand of the firm.

Will independently source, pursue and close business.

Manage and develop an expanding sales team, consisting of two experienced sales directors and a senior inside-sales associate. Staff, train and monitor the sales teams effectiveness to achieve and maintain high levels of sales performance.

Effectively manage sales operations, including proposal development and review, pricing, contract commitments and negotiations, operations requests, expense account management, and budgets.

Build the sales teams technical, product-related knowledge base, which heavily depends on consultative sales techniques, and modify sales processes to align with market and economic trends to continuously win new clients.

Serve as a primary PCR spokesperson at business events to promote company products & services; meet with clients to assist the sales team with maintaining relationships and closing deals.

Meet rapidly changing demands of the business by providing real-time information to maintain the competitive advantage from both a competitor, product and service perspective.

Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

Create and improve key processes and systems that affect sales management activities.

Manage PCRs sales incentive and commission programs to promote quality sales results.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Results-oriented, highly competitive, proactive, rainmaker, sales professional who does whatever it takes to get the job done.

BS in business or related discipline, MBA preferred, and 10+ years solid sales operations experience with a financial advisory firm selling to major clients high wealth management firm experience is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to navigate through large corporation sales, negotiations, contracting and on-boarding processes; ability to establish and maintain business relationships with key decision makers.

Working knowledge of consultative sales process and strong record of closing business.

Exhibits versatility, flexibility, creativity and resourcefulness with sound business acumen to create positive, collaborative culture within team, firm and marketplace.
