Touch Point Wireless, partnering with TracFone & SafeLink, has a Retail Enrollment Representative position open to those with a strong drive, outgoing personality, and willingness to engage and help hundreds of customers a day!

As a Retail Enrollment Representative, youll be responsible for finding people who are in need of a free phone and service funded by the Federal and State governments called Lifeline. You'll be approaching and engaging customers to see if they qualify to take advantage of this federal and state funded program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Enroll qualified applicants into the program from a retail store/kiosk environment
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
Meet or exceed personal enrollment goals on a weekly basis
Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
Advise customers by providing information on program and services
Accurately document and report enrollments
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Responsible to accurately enter proper documentation to support program qualification.
Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely, accurately and ethically
Performance Measurements:
Regular and prompt attendance
Meet established monthly/weekly enrollment quota/goals
Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

High School Diploma or GED required
Comfort level and desire to speak to people a must
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
