Duties and Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative Include:
- Prospect for new opportunities through networking, cold prospecting, and alliance partnership development
- Responsible for the client life cycle from initial lead and through the following phases:
- Qualification process
- Commitments and close process
- Onboard and hand-off to design and construction
- Full life cycle relationship management to ensure a highly satisfied client
- Establish referral network from satisfied clients for on-going self-generated leads
- Engage designer into the development process and manage all activities to bring client into production
- Prepare and execute final contract documents
- Participate in weekly individual meetings with Sales Manager and Controller

Requirements for Outside Sales Representative Include:
- Minimum of 5 years Outside Sales experience
- College Degree with a focus on Sales/Design Training preferred
- Able to work the following shifts
o Every other Saturday is considered a working day or 2 Saturdays per month
o 1-2 nights per week with the latest appointment starting at 7pm
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, CRM Tool
- Sandler Sales Training Preferred
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic, can do attitude and demeanor
