First Community Bank is looking for just the right Salesperson who:

Has demonstrated success selling to CEOs, CFOs, Presidents and Owners of professional firms, small businesses, manufacturing, and institutions. Our target market includes companies that generate up to 20 million dollars in annual revenue
Has proven that they have strong desire and commitment to having an outrageously successful career in selling
Can find new business selling very competitive financial services in a highly competitive market
Has experience selling to prospects that are resistant to changing relationships and resistant to changing how they do business
Has demonstrated ability to hunt, qualify and close your own accounts in a sales cycle of less than 90 days involving no more than 3 meetings
Is a self-starter, is highly motivated, sets and achieves goals, is memorable, passionate and works hard, works well with teammates, and manages themselves to extraordinary results

Prefer that applicants have a college degree

Have at least 3 years selling banking, finance, accounting, insurance or other financial service preferred
Be proficient at using social networking; using windows based office products and maintaining an organized time management system
Outside of initial training, minimal travel is required for this position
