== Roles and Responsibilities:
You will actively prospect and call on the wholesale distribution channel in the 6 state New England market to develop relationships, qualify, educate, quote and close new business for the core Legend products.

== Compensation:
* First year guaranteed salary in high 5 figures
* Incentive program (objectives based) averaging 10% of base annually
* Full benefits package and 401K
* Car allowance, full business expense reimbursement plus company provided cell, laptop and other tools to support your success

== Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 8 10 years of successful outside sales experience
* You MUST have experience and a thorough understanding of channel sales, wholesale distribution and the workings of manufactures rep agencies
* Experience as a manufacturers rep or direct factory rep is a huge plus. HVAC or plumbing products desirable but not mandatory.
* Working knowledge of the pipes, valves and fittings (PVF) industry
* Open to continuous learning; coachable and trainable
* Has a structured selling system with a focus on selling value, not price
* Demonstrated ability for smart and systematic territory management
* High degree of self-discipline, adaptable, embraces challenges
