Business Development Associate

We are seeking an entry-level Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. Our Business Development Associates assist our B2B Sales Executives and Product Support staff in developing and maintaining a sales pipeline. Our Business Development Associates interact daily with C-Level Executives from some of the worlds leading companies. At Pilytix, we seek highly results-driven, confident Business Development Associates to engage senior-level executives, proactively schedule and confirm sales meetings, and participate in sales lead generation and cold-calling campaigns.

Job Competencies

Prospect and make outbound calls to qualified executives at qualified companies to exceed sales goals
Partner with Sales Executives and Product Support staff to create customized plans for sales territories, support sales cycle success and drive urgency
Educate prospective clients over the phone on the value of the Pilytix offering and services
Manage and respond to inbound requests from prospective and current clients
Work with Account Managers to ensure clients are leveraging the extensive Pilytix offering to help drive client renewals and identify additional opportunities for add-on solutions services
Ensure that our CRM system contains accurate and up-to-date information

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree (Major(s) in Business, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering Subjects preferred)
Relevant work and/or internship experience in sales (0-2 years work experience preferred)
Exceptional ability to understand and discuss highly quantitative subjects
A desire to meet and achieve goals
Ability to build relationships with senior level professionals and work well under pressure
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Effective problem solver with time management and organization skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and motivated
Intellectual curiosity paired with a competitive spirit
