Hiring Immediately -- Business Class Account Manager

Position Summary:
This highly compensated AM1-PRO position is a consultative inside sales role within our Business Class commercial sales team. Individuals in this position are responsible for the upsell of voice, data and video services to existing business customers, as well as the renewal, retention and point of contact for these customers. This sales role will be highly rewarded with a competitive base salary and aggressive commission plan.

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for achieving a monthly sales quota for all business class products including data, phone, video and renewal sales.
Meet activity targets (outbound calls per day, sales opportunities created and contracts sent). Develop relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis over the phone with existing business customers, including the development of client centric product solutions. Recommend technology solutions, negotiate terms and price in an effort to close the deal.
Clearly understands and communicates the company's value proposition.
Maintain and update all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
Work in conjunction with other business services groups, including Field Sales, Product, Sales Support & Marketing.
Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.
Internals must be in their role more than 12 months to be eligible to apply

Job Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office and related software applications. This is a professional business environment, strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
Requires ability to multitask (engage in customer conversation while entering information into database) as well as work efficiently and effectively within required deadlines.

Education and Experience:
College degree preferred however proven record of sales success will be strongly considered.
