Steritech is seeking a Regional Account Executive. The Regional Account Executive is a seasoned, senior-level sales professional who will prospect and sell EcoSensitive Pest Prevention services to targeted national accounts in various industries including hospitality, manufacturing, health care and restaurant. Successful candidates have extensive sales experience, including the hunting and prospecting of national accounts, board-room presence, advanced business acumen and deal-making, and are driven to succeed. The Regional Account Executive will join a results oriented environment and proceed through a rigorous training and development program, including the Steritech Institute. Once complete, the assignment for the Regional Account Executive will include prospecting for new clients with the objective of selling our industry leading pest elimination solutions. This position will be calling on a full spectrum of market segments including hospitality, food & beverage processing, healthcare, retail and institutional. This position will cover the Philadelphia to New York area. The Regional Account Executive generates market growth in an assigned sales territory spanning two or more branch locations. Persons in this position will demonstrate proven sales abilities with larger, complex accounts of one or more locations.

Position Requirements
- Must be willing to travel NY/NJ/Philadelphia area
- Three years of outside sales experience or be promoted from within Steritech.
- Proven documented track record of selling across industries
- Experience building a territory from scratch generating your own leads.
- Must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the position.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Well organized and disciplined in the execution of all phases of the sales cycle.
- Model the Steritech Core Values.
- Pass pre-employment Background Check and pre-employment and random Drug Tests
- Meet the following Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements (Offers are contingent upon verification of MVR checks):
A valid driver's license for the last three years
Maximum of three (3) violations and no major violations in the last three (3) years. Major violations include DWI, DUI, Hit & Run, Homicide, Assault, Suspension or Revocation or License, Reckless Driving
No more than 3 violations in past 3 years with no at-fault accidents
No more than 2 violations in past 3 years with one at-fault accident
No more than 2 at-fault accidents in the past 3 years with no violations

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Experience selling services a plus
