Business Development PetroChoice - Industrial Equipment Specialist

We have 30 existing sales reps selling finished lubricants, with over 10,000 customers.

Compensation:
First year has a guaranteed salary with upper 5 figure earnings
3rd year earnings projected at well over $100K++ with on target performance.

Roles and Responsibilities;
You'll actively call on automotive, trucking, repair shop, construction and industrial markets in a multi-state territory including PA, DE, NJ and MD. Initial focus is in the Harrisburg, Lancaster and Philadelphia corridor.

You will be meeting with prospects to qualify, educate, bid and close new business with a focus on waste oil heaters and other equipment.

Qualifications should include:
Minimum of 5 7 years of successful outside sales experience
High school diploma mandatory with some college preferred
Work related or hands on experience in mechanical or industrial areas are a bonus
Related skills could include job estimating, mechanical job planning, working with technicians, architects or contractors.
A gritty and committed attitude; loves driving throughout an active territory
Open to continuous learning
Good listener willing to do whatever it takes to grow the territory, your knowledge of the business and your personal skills.
