Ultimate Ventures, the premier Dallas/Fort Worth destination management company (DMC), seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for managing key account customers as well as selling strategically and developing new business. You will be backed by and work with our stellar product development team to present and deliver our services.

The right candidate will have exposure to the destination management or hospitality industries, have experience with large volume sales, and will have superb communication and presentation abilities. Duties for the Senior Account Manager:

Nurture and grow current business relationships and key accounts
Work with given prospective leads and discover untapped business opportunities
Collaborate closely with our Product Development team to deliver effective presentations
Minimal travel to sales call, conferences, trade shows, or educational opportunities

Requirements for the Senior Account Manager:

3-5 years of DMC experience strongly preferred, some hospitality industry experience required
Thorough knowledge of our primary customer base: corporate, incentive, hotels, and association markets
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with VIPER or similar software is highly beneficial
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Experience with Sandler Training is beneficial
