Universal Electrical Service, Inc. (UES), located in Souderton, PA, is looking for a Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our Industrial Electrical contracting team. The Sales Manager will have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with our existing customer base while developing new opportunities and driving continued growth in line with our company vision.

This new position is geared toward the individual who is self-motivated and inner driven, a strong relationship builder at multiple levels and someone dedicated to providing superior customer service for long term success. The ideal Sales Manager will be responsible for targeting, promoting and securing new customers for our Electrical contracting services through a consultative-based sales approach, while maintaining and generating additional opportunities from our existing customer base.
To the qualified Sales and Marketing Manager we offer:

Total compensation package $85,000 - $100,000 (base/commission and dependent on experience)

For over 32 years UES, has developed a wide range of proven Electrical contracting services for the Industrial and Commercial sectors. Though previous business development experience is required, what will make this position a success is a goal-oriented individual that has excellent self-management skills

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Manager include:

Develops and implements strategic marketing/sales plans and forecast to achieve corporate objectives
Meets with key clients, promoting new sales/project opportunities while maintaining relationships and negotiating/closing deals
Monitors competitor services offerings, sales/marketing activities and market pricing
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Prepares periodic sales reports that show potential sales and areas of proposed customer base expansion
Reviews and analyzes performance against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness

Qualifications for the Sales Manager include:

Minimum of 5-10 years consultative sales experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
Self-motivated, professional individual with proven history of performance
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required and competency managing accounts, closing deals, maintaining and distributing qualification packs
Previous experience within Electrical contracting industry a plus
Ability to travel (mainly East coast) and operate in industrial worksites, construction work sites, as well as working within an office environment.
