Teletrix ([please apply online] is seeking an ambitious Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our innovative team. We provide fully-replicated, dedicated-training versions of radiation detection meters. Why? We are the safe, effective, solution for radiation training departments that struggle to provide realism in their education programs without exposing trainees to radiation. As the leading manufacturer of Radiation Training Simulators in the United States, our extensive customer base ranges from first responders, nuclear power plants, the military and all levels of government.


The Sales and Business Development Specialist will be responsible for the creation of all new business. The position is geared for an experienced hunter who consistently strives to win. Simulation is in demand and can be life changing for our customers. You will spend time cultivating relationships, not extensive time on the close. The right person will have a minimum of 3 years of documented successful business development experience, strong technical acumen, and a solution oriented, positive approach to all situations.

To the Sales and Business Development Specialist we offer:

Monthly base plus commission/bonus compensation. Expected first year on target earnings of a minimum of $100,000

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales and Business Development Specialist Include:

Prospect via a personal action plan for cold and warm opportunities
Overnight and regional travel including Tradeshows
Create and execute strategies for bringing new products to market
Leverage social media to convert relationships into introductions and appointments
Manage and conduct effective off-site and online Educational Seminars/Webinars
Targeted Email engagement to convert passive interest into active engagement
Work with R&D for product design improvement and innovation
Help to identify and grow alternative channel sales
Communicate with all levels of the buyers team at a peer-to-peer level
Other duties as needed for success

Requirements for Sales and Business Development Include:

Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience
Bachelors Degree
Marketing Experience preferred
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Fluency in technical language and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience
Excellent writing and editing skills
Proficient with all of Microsoft Office Suite
Maintaining a professional appearance and can do positive attitude that is reflective of our business culture
Able to work in an intimate, typically active and open work environment
Valid state drivers license, valid passport, and no impediments to travel on multiple day trips
