Pro Com Services of Illinois, Inc. seeks a Business Development Sales Representative to join our collaborative team. As the Business Development Sales Representative, you will grow business by selling our in-demand debt collection services to prospective customers, with a primary focus on the healthcare industry. Businesses are eager to utilize our pay-on-completion solution, which is vitally important to their operation. Every year, collection service returns billions of dollars to the Illinois economy, keeping businesses open and creating jobs. The right candidate will have 4 years of business to business sales success. Industry experience is not required. Our team sells over a long sales cycle, and the Business Development Sales Representative should be willing to put in the time and make the calls and visits necessary to stand out from competitors and grow business. For Business Development Sales Representative, we offer:

$40,000 - $50,000 base and uncapped and residual commission upon project completion, with a potential first-year total compensation of $65,000+

Duties and Responsibilities for the Business Development Sales Representative:

Develop new business through prospecting, appointment making, and responding to proposals or presentation requests
Act as a contract negotiation liaison between client and President/CEO
Attend healthcare industry association meetings and become an active participant to develop business relationships
Participate in continuing education opportunities provided by management to further career growth, development, and advancement
Sell to a range of decision makers, from front desk to c-suite level executives
Comply with all municipal, regulatory, and federal laws governing the credit and collection industry

Qualifications for Business Development Sales Representative:

4 years of business to business sales experience, preferably with experience selling intangible products
A valid drivers license, auto insurance, and vehicle
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with a CRM system and the ability to learn new technology preferred
Willingness and ability for overnight travel in the central and southern Illinois territory
Hunter personality, willing to make the calls and visits necessary for success
