We are actively pursuing experienced, high caliber B2B sales talent as well as individuals interested in pursuing a sales career to join our extremely motivated Integra Business sales team. Heres what you can expect when you join this high-velocity Integra sales team:
Work with an energetic, fast paced team with a passion for meeting customer needs, and winning and achieving sales and revenue targets.
Generate sales activity to acquire new customers and upsell an existing customer base. This will involve extensive cold-calling into a specific market assigned to you.
Collaborate with engaged account teams, sales engineers and product managers who are committed to driving sales into new accounts and quickly moving deals through the sales cycle.
Develop new and long-lasting customer relationships with a wide range of mid-market and enterprise technology customers in an entrepreneurial work environment.

You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts through a very focused calling regimen as well as consistently managing a base set of mid-market to enterprise level business accounts within an established geographic territory. Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives set by the leadership team through an aggressive proactive approach. Quickly understand needs, issues and strategies of prospects and current customers, and work collaboratively with your team and management to respond with winning proposals. These responsibilities involve an ability to develop engaging relationships with customers and drive sales by actively representing and promoting the full suite of services and products offered by Integra Business. Through your responsiveness and dedication to your customers you embody the Integra brand and contribute to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include building long-standing relationships with your existing customers and working with them to expand their business solutions product mix.

Requirements Minimum of One to three years of work experience. Not required to have sales or telecommunications background.
Demonstrate the drive to enter the sales field through your energy, persistence and willingness to learn and do the activity hard things in order to reach the rewards of a job well done

Demonstrate strong work ethic, responsibility and ownership for your business

Demonstrated outside business to business sales experience (5+ years) in hunting, prospecting, new account development and cold calling
Professional sales and marketing experience, specifically selling technical services, indicating an ability to prospect new accounts and manage existing accounts.
Telecommunications sales experience selling to high-end enterpriseMid market customers.
Experience in positioning, managing and selling to high-end enterpriseMid market customers.
Successful track record of exceeding quota.
Demonstrated sales proposal development and presentation to high bandwidth customers.
Experience with
Experience selling IP, data, and voice network services.
Strong sales network, demonstrating the ability to leverage these networks to sell to Enterprise level customers.
Established vendor relationships.
Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or a related field
Demonstrated understanding of high bandwidth and Ethernet solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of current VOIP/SIP technology.
