This is an exciting time to be a part of a world class team as we are positioned for growth. Reporting to the President of the Consumer Contact Center, this position is responsible for driving the Skybridge Value Proposition and acquiring new business opportunities in the publishing, roadside assistance, home services, and retail sectors. This role is responsible for driving new revenue streams in the North America region (Minnesota and Canada), with a long history of building deep client relationships representing major brands throughout the region in the publishing, roadside assistance, home services, and retail sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong skill set and expertise in C-level solution selling strategies, preferably in the Contact Center/BPO sector with 800+ agents.

This position does not need to be local and may work remotely anywhere in the United States.

Business Development Leadership
Build a strategy and prospect for potential new clients and contacts to fill a pipeline for growth in relation to targets, and convert prospects into viable new revenue that meet business profile
Cold call within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities; meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients, delivering the Skybridge Value Proposition.
Schedule and lead meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Principals/C-Level leadership.
Strategize and plan approaches and pitches; work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service and completed RFPs by collaborating with appropriate internal stakeholders; own the RFP process
Manage client objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion; use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Present an image that mirrors that of the client and organizational vision, mission, and values
Build and execute a strategy to meet or exceed new business revenue targets and develop strategies to fill a pipeline to achieve results to targets
Live Skybridge mission, vision, and values in all business activities and client relationships

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 8+ years of Business Development experience in a contact center/call center industry or publishing, roadside assistance, home services, and retail sectors
5+ years of contact center/call center experience with P&L responsibility must be able to showcase their proven track record building Client relationships;
Proven track record of achieving business development revenue targets
Exceptional communication skills for interaction with client executive levels; Demonstrated ability to proactively build teams and enhance team cohesiveness for goal achievement;
The incumbent must be able to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environment;
