Sales Account Executive (Monroe Township, NJ)
Are you aggressive, outgoing and thrive in a challenging environment? We are an Automotive Parts Distribution seeking confident, motivated and fast learning individuals with excellent communication skills.

Overview:
Develop potential accounts sales and manage established accounts sales to meet assigned and forecast sales. Performs market research and develops marketing strategies focused at increasing sales and/or market share for all products and services. Markets and promotes companys products and services by calling on prospective and established customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Researches and compiles market information for development of business strategy.
Develops sales programs within assigned territory. Establishes and meets business development targets.
Monitors and analyzes competitive business activities and trends within territory.
Provides customers with current marketing information such as services, supplies, prices and new products.
Calls on prospective customers to develop new account relationships. Evaluates financial worthiness of customers.
Develops credit proposals to establish reasonable credit limits.
Reviews sales documents to ensure proper execution, especially for new accounts.
Compiles records of sales activities and prepares reports for management, including conclusions and recommendations.
Business travels (50% +) required to customer for presentation to satisfy customers need.
Reviews and researches problems identified by customers and others, in the context of policies, procedures or practices and develops resolution strategies.
Coordinates resolution of customer problems with appropriate departments and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepares marketing reports for management and participates in formulating short and long term marketing goals.
Advises and assist other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
Responsible for follow up with customers for all aspects of sales related transactions including payment schedule and AR collection as needed.
Accepts ISO 9001 responsibilities as applicable.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing in Automotive Industry preferred.
Ability to deliver under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
High energy, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented and success driven.
Strong negotiation, organizational and presentation skills with Power Point.
Be a self-starter.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships and negotiate deals effectively.
Excellent analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity.
Self-motivator with history of working successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Office and internet proficiency a must.
