Job Description: Regional Vice President of Sales

Our proactive medical management techniques allow us to significantly bring down the cost of health care for employers while delivering better patient care to the employees and their families. Our approach has enabled us to provide a far superior ROI for our client base as compared to industry standard. This is a rapidly growing market segment with unlimited earning potential. Job Responsibilities
Manages and directs customer sales within a defined region (Ohio, Pennsylvania) to achieve sales and profit goals
Manages and grows the cache of producers to increase customer potential in the marketplace
Directs customers and producers to appropriate corporate contact to achieve highest customer satisfaction
Coordinates post sale integration with WeCare TLC corporate staff and client
Shares with potential clients and producers medical insurance trends and how onsite clinics can help
Defines and quantifies new markets and areas of opportunity
Carries out various marketing campaigns, as defined by corporate marketing department
Must maintain current leads, opportunities, and accounts in sales data base on an on-going basis
Perform duties as established within company guidelines, policies, and procedures
Trade Show , Customer, and Territory travel as required
Preferred Experience
Experience in proving and calculating ROI
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Working knowledge of medical insurance
Required Experience
Selling direct to C-Suite Executives as well as working with producer partners
Bachelors degree and at least 5-7 years of sales experience
Strong Computer skills (MUST have vast knowledge of all Microsoft applications)
Must have strong customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills
Understands the sales process and closing the deal
