About the Position:

As an Inside Sales Representative of Special Products for Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc. you will be selling HiVol Bodies, Rear Eject Bodies and Trailers, Water Tanks, Bottom Dump Trailers, J-hooks, Lowboys, and VRTs to quarries, construction companies, and off-highway truck dealers. Your territory will include all of the United States. Your responsibility will be to investigate leads, develop customer relationships, and service and sell to existing clients within your territory.

Because our Special Products are tailored so specifically to our customers truck fleets and their individual applications, you will work to coordinate onsite customer visits between our clients and PHIL specialists. Therefore, as an Inside Sales Representative of Special Products, you will be stationed at the Peoria office and will not be required to travel on a regular basis. Travel that may occur includes training opportunities and industry trade shows.

You will work through PHILs extensive product and sales training to become well-versed in the PHIL brand, ultimately helping end users to get more out of their off-highway truck fleets by utilizing PHIL products.

Experience Required:
Preferred Sales Experience

Average Day In-House (> 90% of the Year):
Requesting feedback on PHIL product and service
Answering in-bound calls in the United States territory
Following up on leads
Placing prospecting calls each day to potential customers and dealers
Expanding PHIL Special Product awareness
Explaining why PHILs assorted product line could prove to be beneficial to add to their (or their respective customers) equipment
Providing customer support to existing PHIL customers (Part and product support, Installation support, Follow-up with existing customers)
Researching and gaining additional understanding of PHILs product, brand and customers
Networking with existing contacts to establish new leads
Entering in customer interactions into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Performing ROI analysis on client truck fleets
