Requirements

Prior success managing and growing a small sales force while significantly increasing revenue in a highly competitive market.

Prior income of at least $125K in variable compensation plan.
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be a team player, and work well under pressure and in challenging situations.
Direct client interaction experience is required.
Excellent communication and computer skills, consultative selling skills and have sales leadership presence
Understanding of general software concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coach the sales team drive accountability, inspiration, and positive morale
Fill and manage the pipeline, deliver revenue, find new business and maintain/grow existing accounts
Identify and facilitate resolution of conflicts, impediments, and issues within the sales team(s).
Report to the Chief Sales Officer account for achieving the goals agreed upon
Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized project meetings and presentations across business teams and to executive management.
Receive and give feedback (including positive feedback) when expectations are met and confronting the sales team members when expectations are not met.
Recruit Sales Rock Stars
Provide input into performance reviews as directed.
