Job Summary and Responsibilities

EBRO is seeking to recruit a East Regional Sales Manager
RSM must be proactive in sales process, not reactive.
Manage assigned region consisting of current distributors, OEM Clients and direct accounts.
RSM will be responsible for planning and communicating sales strategies to penetrate new and existing markets with the distributor network.
RSM will be responsible for developing new clients. (Distributors and End-Users)
Overall objective to double sales in 2 years
Provide to management periodic and regular reports on activity, bookings and forecast
Remain focused on company objectives and report on competitive activity.
RSM will report to the National Sales Manager

Job Requirements and Skills

Degree is preferred
Knowledge of the valve industry a must
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in outside sales or sales management in the valve industry
Working knowledge of selling to distributors and end users accounts
Overnight travel will be 50-70% of the time
Professional appearance: No Polo Shirts.
Discipline to work from Remote Office.
Excellent communication skills
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
Knowledge of CRM system is a plus
