Job Description
As a Residential Sales Representative, you will have a designated sales territory where you will be responsible for devising and executing a sales plan from creative sources and qualified leads. You will conduct a home inspection and prepare a specific proposal for the individual homeowners needs then close the sale. You will be representing the Worlds best Pest and Termite Company, selling pest, termite, and many other important residential services to homeowners. No one likes to hear their home has a pest problem and when they do, they need a proven solution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Visually inspecting for Termites, pest activity/harborage, and pest entries into homes
Prospecting for in-home sales in a designated sales territory
Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers
Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities
Prepare and present sales proposals specific to the individual homeowners needs
Close the sale and achieve assigned sales performance objectives

Job Requirements:

The ability to "self-starter", work independently, and effectively manage time & territory
This position will require that the applicant be able to work in extreme weather conditions, physically be able to conduct audits of homes in a confined space (crawl spaces, attics, basements,etc.).
A highly organized and motivated individual who enjoys meeting with homeowners to identify and resolve their pest control needs
An effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills
Applicants must pass a background check, Driving History/MVR check, physical and drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous outside sales experience is preferred
