Key Auto Group, New England's fastest growing automotive dealership, is in need of a Training and Development Coordinator.

At Key Auto Group we know the value of our employees and want to be able to give them the best training possible to be as successful as they can be. In order to do that, we are creating the role of a Training and Development Coordinator to help us with our growth and development.

As the Training and Development Coordinator you will analyze training needs, develop and implement comprehensive sales and service training, apprenticeship, customer service and management training plans that will ensure appropriate development and assists with the achievement of the sales objectives of the organization. You will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs as well as onboarding and orientation of staff and management.

Essential Job Functions


Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Training and meeting management experience
Ability to take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make recommendations for creation and implementation of training programs
Proven success in developing and delivering sales and customer service training
Be able to forward our mission of providing an exceptional experience for our customers and employees and our Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Initiative, Value, Responsibility, Transparency and Develop Peers in all aspects of training.
Effectively onboarding employees and conduct orientation
Ability to foster a team environment, coach and motivate others and interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
Strong understanding of the end-to end sales process from the perspective of both the customer and salesperson
Be able to react positively in a constantly changing industry.
A strong understanding of adult learning theory and techniques
Local travel to all sites

Qualifications

BS/BA Business or equivalent job experience in a training and development environment
Leadership skills to effectively direct employees while in a training class environment
Auto industry, sales or human resource background a plus
Experience developing and implementing business processes and trainings
Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe and sales/customer service software
