Job Title: Telesales Specialist (Base + Commission)

Job Summary:
The Telesales Specialist uses scripts, product knowledge and closing skills to field inbound sales and service calls and to make outbound dials to prospective customers. Through these points of contact, the Telesales Specialist has five main goals, all of which are vital to growing the business:
Close sales on both inbound and outbound opportunities
Secure upsells on deals closed
Qualify leads for future sales
Acquire new leads by pitching our industry-leading referral benefits program
Provide excellent service at all stages of the sales and service cycles.

Required Skills:
Proven closing skills
Ability to quickly learn systems and products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Positive, persistent attitude

Required Experience:
2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume call center environment
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven track record of consistently attaining individual sales goals
Proficiency on MS Office products (including Excel and Outlook), proficiency in Windows functions, and ability to master new technologies
Travel/Travel Sales experience preferred but not required
General knowledge of world geography preferred
