General Purpose
The Sales and Business Development Executive will have the primary role of generating new customer teleradiology services contracts with compensation and incentives tied closely to achieving new sales and revenue goals for the company. The position will interact closely with the Director of Operations and radiologist ownership team to execute marketing and sales plans to solicit prospective diagnostic teleradiology customers by managing and developing contact lists and distribution of sales materials using CRM software tools and direct contact with potential clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accomplish established sales goals and including related quotas by:
- Developing prospect lists for target industry verticals
- Initiating contact and follow-up with prospective clients via calls, email, and personal visits to generate interest in company
- Qualifying prospective clients as viable potential contracts
- Preparing professional proposals and bid responses
- Following up on proposals to obtain signed contracts
Maintain an understanding of industry and competition
Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies focused on attaining new business including continuous enhancement of presentation materials.
Utilize and maintain CRM system on a daily basis to:
- Solicit new business using CRM marketing capabilities
- Provide weekly sales activity reporting
Assist with planning, coordination and execution of sales events
Travel as needed to develop leads or close opportunities

Qualifications
Self Motivated
Teleradiology Sales/Marketing experience preferred
BS/BA degree or RT Education required
Minimum of three years experience in sales or marketing in health related fields
Sales, Contracting, Marketing and other Business Development skills.
Excellent relationship building skills, including networking, social media and follow-through.
Excellent presentation skills.
CRM experience preferred
Proficient at Microsoft Office and Web Based Applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
