Atlantic Diagnostic Laboratories (ADL), head quartered in Bensalem, PA, is looking for an
aggressive Laboratories Sales/Account Executive to sell its laboratories services in Central Jersey

ADL is a growing and dynamic organization dedicated to providing personalized, efficient, quality
oriented laboratory services, such as microbiology, chemistry, toxicology, immunology, and virology

ADL is licensed by the Department of Health in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey,
and the US Department of Health and Human Services. The laboratory operates under the direction of
a Board Certified Pathologist and is CLIA accredited. ADL participates in all required proficiency
testing programs of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the American Association of Bioanalysts.
Additionally, ADL is certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and is one of only
five laboratories licensed by the State of Pennsylvania as a Forensic Lab.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Identify and develop new clients; negotiate and close deals to achieve sales quotas and
performance objectives. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, identifying sales activity, potential sales, prospects
and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Maintain client and prospective client information and updates in the sales force database.
Evaluate market, adjust strategy and monitor competitors to meet changing market and
competitive conditions.
Control expenditures to conform to policy and budgetary requirements.
Partner with the Director of Client Services to plan advertising and promotion activities
including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Business travel as appropriate, as approved by Sales Manager to accomplish your assigned

Required Education and Experience
Must have a proven track record with "closing the deal"
Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field or commensurate experience.
Minimum of 3 years within high complexity laboratory setting, preferred.
Excellent communications skills written, verbal, and listening.
Strong organizational and complex problem solving skills.
Dependable with a strong work ethic, initiative, flexibility and innovative thinking.
Ability to look at the broader picture.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to travel independently.
