The Outside Sales Super Star that we are looking for will be responsible for marketing and selling both payroll services and the ancillary services. You will be building long lasting relationships with small to medium sized businesses and in addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with accounting professionals, clients, strategic partners and networking groups.

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong math and reasoning skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to compose business correspondence, write proposals, manuals or response letters to customers.
Ability to speak to individuals and groups, influence results and respond to questions.
Ability to utilize software or technical applications and systems at an intermediate level, as needed.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM program (i.e.: Salesforce preferred)
Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations
Ability to convey overall vision, influencing major organizational changes or managing internal and/or external customers
Ability to shift priorities and meet deadlines to address various complex issues at a departmental or functional level
You will be responsible for:

Network within the business community to develop leads; getting to know accounting professionals, small to medium sized business prospects, bankers, lead groups, etc.,
Present client payroll solutions to businesses and decision makers
Close and finalize sales (gathering signed agreements and Enrollment paperwork)
Prepare client and sales paperwork for submission to Implementation Specialist.
Partner with Implementation department to ensure proper on boarding of clients to payroll system and ancillary service(s) by communicating integration requests and collaboration needs
Attend weekly staff meetings, trainings and other meetings as scheduled by manager
