POSITION TITLE:Outside Print Sales Representative



Responsible for all sales activities, to include generating leads, developing new business, making presentations, quoting pricing, closing sales deals, signing contracts and cultivating current clients. Implements agreed upon sales plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base for two Mississippi print facilities. Works with sales support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, customer retention, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Responsible for sourcing and developing new client relationships and referrals through telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, internet, samples, direct mail, email, and networking,

Contacts prospects, following leads submitted by management, established customers, or developed through other sources to solicit business,

Works consultatively and makes recommendations to existing and prospective clients in order to maximize the various solutions the company offers to their business issues,
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors,
Manage transactional activities by preparing quotes, correspondence, and sales order entries,
Submits and Analyzes proposed pricing approach to ensure profitable and competitive results,
Keeps abreast of competitive pricing and maintains a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
Reviews successful and unsuccessful bids to determine future alternatives and recommends strategies to win more customers,

Services accounts through an unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships and long-term customer loyalty,

Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction,

Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity,

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies,

Able to cover a 4 plus state territory with 50% travel

Minimum 5 + years Commercial/Publication print sales experience,
Adept at persuading and influencing others,
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas,
Excellent oral and written communication skills,
Willingness to travel

Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
