We are seeking a National Accounts Representative to manage the sales to current accounts and present the Len-Tex sustainability message.



Summary: Responsible for growing sales with our national and regional distributors by building and maintaining constituency relationships. Provides leadership and initiative toward improving growth and profitability in line with Company vision and values.



Travel: +/- 33%



Essential Duties:



Present and promote the Company and Len-Tex wallcoverings to current and protential customers.
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Become knowledgeable in the products and capabilities of Len-Tex in order to act as a resource for training and making joint calls with sales representatives on architectural and interior design firms.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop advertising, marketing and communications activities directed toward increasing brand and product awareness.
Attend tradeshows and other sales and marketing functions as required.
Requirements:

Proven success working with clients in architectural and interior design firms. Proven ability to open new accounts and drive specifications with influencers and decision makers.
Proven ability to establish and grow sales and build brand awareness to major distribution accounts within the wallcovering industry.
Possesses contract design-related knowledge, including current design trends and environmental issues, especially indoor air quality.
Must possess market credibility and be customer-focused, passionate, dynamic, market-savvy, and ethical.
Persuasive and articulate presentation skills
Must possess strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

BA or BS Degree in Business, Interior Design or Related Major.
3+ years of experience selling contract design products (wallcovering, carpeting, fabrics) to architects and interior designers.


Position will report to the CEO of Len-Tex Corporation in No. Walpole, NH; however relocation is not necessary. Preferred candidate could be centrally located in a large metropolitan market such as: New York, Chicago, Dallas or Atlanta.
