We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate individual to join our marketing family. You will be responsible the delivery of Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategies and programs for the Natural American Spirit brand and in doing so you will be ensuring that our brand difference and company values are embedded in every interaction with a highly evangelical adult tobacco consumer base.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM initiatives that build and enhance the Natural American Spirit brand and Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company relationships through mass one-to-one communication touchpoints. Through effective execution of one-to-one communication you will elevate the consumer experience while effectively sharing and demonstrating
the product and company proposition.

The Lead Manager Consumer Marketing Consumer Relationship Marketing Natural American Spirit Brand will:
Drive execution of one-to-one communications, trial strategies and tactics that enhance brand equity, increase trial and conversion, and incite brand loyalty that fosters word-of-mouth.
Assist in the development of CRM strategies that align with business objectives and consumer insights.
Support Consumer Marketing Planners by executing agreed upon CRM strategies.
Provide leadership in a Project Management role by collaborating with broad, cross functional teams (Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Third Party Agencies).
Aid in the development of messaging and material concepts that strengthen the company sustainability platform.
Support other touchpoints as necessary to include, but not limited to, on pack communications, Consumer Engagement programs, etc.

Education:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
Knowledge/Experience:
3 + years relevant corporate marketing experience preferable in consumer packaged goods
Good understanding of consumer marketing fundamentals
Strong project management skills / detail oriented
Demonstrated personal initiative, responsibility, and time prioritization skills
Demonstrated track record of successful, innovative problem solving, and leadership
Functional Area expertise and working understanding of the marketing process
