Time Warner Cable currently seeks an Outbound Telesales Supervisor for the Colorado Springs, CO location. Please find below a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

The primary purpose of the Supervisor of Outbound Telesales is to drive maximum sales performance from a 15-20 agent team of outbound telesales representatives. Provides day to day motivation and supervision of representatives.

Essential Job Functions:

Interview, hire, evaluate, and develop employees in the Regional Telesales Department

Motivate and evaluate representative sales performance and provide immediate and constructive feedback

70% of time should be spent monitoring calls and coaching representatives to ensure maximum sales performance

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly team sales goals based on management direction

Communicate regularly with Sales Manager regarding team performance and tactics to improve performance

Identify and implement daily tactics including sales incentives, contests, recognition programs, etc. to create a competitive, fun, highly productive sales environment

Day to day representative supervision including attendance tracking, policy adherence, sales and quality performance and adherence, etc.

Participate in the recruiting process for new sales representatives including interviewing, job fairs, defining job requirements, etc.

Ensure all escalated customer complaints are resolved

Assist in managing the relationship and performance of all outbound sales vendor partners

Other duties as assigned

Education Level:

Associate's degree (AA) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience preferred


1-2 years of successful sales experience, 1-2 years of successful sales supervision experience preferred

1-2 years call center experience, preferably outbound sales required

Extensive experience interacting with the public and ability to associate with customers on a professional and businesslike manner required

Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes when needed required
