Aftermarket Sales Representative for Lift Truck Service
(also known as Customer Service Sales Representative)

Crown is currently seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative. This outside business-to-business sales position will be based out of our Pittsburgh/Mt Pleasant, Pennsylvania branch location. Territory will likely include Mount Pleasant, Washington, and Cranberry Township in Pennsylvania and Wheeling, West Virginia and surrounding areas. The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for the sale of contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalogue parts sales including:
Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory. Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, & develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business.
Develop sales strategies, proposals, & forecasts. Develop & conduct product demonstrations & sales presentations. Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports & customer correspondence.
Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers in order to seek new business and enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with service and parts support and respond to customer concerns or requests.
Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, & sales activity information. Discuss sales activities with management.

A bachelor degree or equivalent sales experience required. A broad knowledge of the entire sales process is necessary. Previous experience in the lift truck industry preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, & time management skills required.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation, & ability to work in a team environment are necessary.
Microsoft Office experience required.
Valid drivers license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate lift trucks required.
Completion of a background check, drug screen, & physical required.
