The Len-Tex Corporation is the industry leader in manufacturing eco-friendly and design-forward commercial grade wallcovering.

We are seeking an Executive Level Sales and Brand Manager to help grow and manage the sales and brand awarenessof our product lines that are sold nationally.

Position will report to the CEO of Len-Tex Corporation in No. Walpole, NH; however relocation is not necessary. Preferred candidate could be centrally located in a large metropolitan market such as: New York, Chicago, Dallas or Atlanta.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Actively develop key account management strategies and tactical plans in conjunction with overall company distribution strategy.
Build and maintain high visibility with key accounts and establish relationships with key decision makers to increase sales.
Communicate all applicable sales and marketing information to channel partners including but not limited to pricing, new product information, design capabilities, sampling, and marketing collateral.
Become knowledgeable in the products and capabilities of Len-Tex in order to act as a resource for training and making joint calls with sales representatives of architectural and interior design firms.
Develop and implement product pricing strategies in collaboration with corporate management and distributors.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop advertising, marketing and communications activities directed toward increasing brand and product awareness.
Research, understand and anticipate both market trends and competitive products to develop and market successful products.
Work closely with company leaders, marketing colleagues, and other design resources to create new and exciting product patterns and colors for our market.
Collaborate with company leaders, marketing colleagues and channel partners on key projects.
Attend tradeshows and other sales and marketing functions as required.
Requirements:

Proven success working with clients in architectural and interior design firms. Proven ability to open new accounts and drive specifications with influencers and decision makers.
Proven ability to establish and grow sales and build brand awareness to major distribution accounts within the wallcovering industry.
Possesses and shares a high level of contract design-related knowledge, including current trends, best practices, processes and/or issues.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with company leaders both internally and at key accounts
Must possess market credibility and be customer-focused, passionate, dynamic, market-savvy, and ethical.
Persuasive and articulate presentation skills
Must possess strong leadership qualities and exhibit a collaborative approach to planning.
The ability and availability to travel up to 50% of the time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5 years of National, Key or Strategic account experience
Qualifications:

BA or BS Degree in Business or Related Major.
10+ years of experience selling contract design products (wallcovering, carpeting, fabrics) to architects and interior designers.
