Overview
Head Scouts are an invaluable part of our sports sales team and are responsible for conducting athletic recruiting evaluations with student-athletes and their families over the phone to identify qualified prospects for college coaches and recommend the appropriate NCSA membership as the final portion of NCSAs consultative sales process.

During recruiting evaluations, Head Scouts are responsible for: evaluating student-athletes both academically and athletically to determine if the prospect is qualified to join the NCSA Network, asking questions to determine the familys concept and their recruiting needs, and walking the family through the online tools and benefits that NCSA offers. The Head Scouts ultimate goal is to enroll qualified families into the best-fitting premium membership by selling them on the benefit of the additional tools that are unlocked with a paid membership.

Head Scouts are also responsible for pre and post evaluation communications with families including introduction calls, follow up calls and check ins post enrollment to set the family up for success with NCSA.

Successful Head Scouts are goal oriented and have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales and exceptional time management skills in order to manage their prospect list. They also have a strong desire to give back and help families while utilizing their competitive nature to close sales.
