As a Regional Sales Consultant for Landrum, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, presenting and selling Landrum Professional and Consulting services to businesses across the Carolinas. Managing all leads from the initial contact to the close of the sale, you will also provide continuing service to your clients to ensure client satisfaction and to support their operations as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years consultative and business-to-business sales experience, with a proven track record selling to business clients at the C-level. Experience in PEO, HRO, BPO, Banking or Executive Insurance Sales is strongly preferred. A college degree is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Your strengths will include a professional, customer-focused demeanor to build, maintain and enhance client relationships while always driving value for the customer. You are a great communicator and have a positive attitude, and your strong analytical skills allow you to confidently quantify the financial and operational benefits of partnering with Landrum to C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an established network of professionals and the understanding that calling on new prospects is vital for continued growth and success.
