Position Description:

The Customer Service/inside Sales Representative will be an integral part of the Customer Service group as a member of the Order Processing Team. They will provide support to team members by processing orders via OMS. Representatives are expected to communicate effectively with customers, teammates and internal departments through phone, email and face-to-face methods. The representative must maintain communication by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems and resolutions. She/he will work towards accomplishing departmental and organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different tasks, while exploring opportunities to adding value to job accomplishments. This position is one of several on a dynamic and supportive team with many opportunities for growth for successful individuals.

Ideal Experience

An ideal candidate will exhibit excellent attention to detail while processing several requests and orders daily and have a motivation for customer service. Experience in an industrial environment, especially Crafts and Gifts preferred. This supporting member must have excellent interpersonal skills (in person, on the phone, and via email) and be computer literate in a high-paced office environment. The ability to understand and interpret customer needs and successfuly provide EXCELLENT customer service is what our company is looking for.
