What Youll Be Doing:

Prospecting into a variety of industry segments and geographic regions
Qualifying and disqualifying leads and sales opportunities
Documenting and managing sales activity in the company CRM system
Experience and Skills You Will Need:

Ability to focus and work at a desk, on the phone and computer
Ability to learn and consistently follow a process
Technical aptitude a must
Social network aptitude a must
Strong verbal skills and phone presence
Strong written skills
Ability to consistently set and achieve short term goals

Capacity to be coachable and trainable
SaaS, software or technical sales experience a plus

The Sales Development Rep (SDR) will find, nurture and qualify leads for the Appointment-Plus sales team. The role is purely focused on new business and lead generation. The role requires social (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and traditional (phone and email) prospecting and sales skills. There is a distinct career path (and a ton of growth potential) for the successful SDR in sales and marketing.
