Time Warner Cable currently seeks Customer Solutions Representatives (Inbound Retention-& Sales) for our West Columbia, SC office. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Do you have an exceptional way of connecting with people, empathizing with them and offering them viable solutions? Do you have an uncanny way of winning customers? That skillful way you can turn things around is greatly valued here at Time Warner Cable.

In this key role, youll handle calls from TWC customers who are thinking about switching service providers. Youll listen patiently and empathetically, track information, and apply consultative skills regarding our services/pricing and competitors. Your knack for problem-solving will not only diffuse situations, but point out new value and result in an upsell.
Beyond a passion for the customer and flair for relationships, youll have general knowledge of our current marketing offers and a desire to earn pay for your performance. Basic computer/keyboarding skills and a capacity for listening, dealing with confrontation, and overcoming objections should all be part of your make up.

Call Center Hours: 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday Sunday (shifts will vary within the operating hours of the call center)
