Choose between outside or inside sales. As Outside Sales Manager, your client base will comprise the retail, restaurant,travel and entertainmentand other brick and mortar business, along with e-commerce-based companies. You will be responsible for managing leads from business partners and developing new merchant business by self-sourcing leads in your assigned markets. Travel 50%+

If your experience is inside sales, our Inside Manager position entails the management, supervision and budgeting responsibility for day-to-day operations in the in/outbound telesales center. In addition to overseeing the existing telsales team, you will participate in the addition of 20 exceptional staff in the next 10 12 months.

Outside Sales Manager Road Warrior

Aggressive generator of new business
Experienced leader, people developer and trainer
Ability to build and lead a sales team that achieves revenue and profitability targets
Excellent relationship builder. Develops long-term relationships with partners and other stakeholders
Lead generator. Sources leads for the sales team and provides coaching and call assistance to sales representatives.
Contract negotiation expertise
3+ years payment processing industry experience
3+ years outside sales and/or banking management experience required
Experience working in a sales or relationship management function with an acquirer/processor
Financial services and/or consultative selling experience, a must
Inside Sales Manager

Strong leader with the ability to recruit, lead and train a team that meets/exceeds service standards
Ability to create innovative outbound selling programs
Order fulfillment technology experience
Track record of anticipating problems and creating/implementing contingency plans to mitigate risk
Conversant with technology, including predictive dialers, CRM etc.
Ability to develop and implement scripts; create call handling strategies; track call center performance data and quota levels
3+ years experience in a sales-centric contact center
Merchant acquiring industry experience highly desirable
Payments industry experience preferred, but similar experience, e.g. in/outbound and cross-sell, B2B call center experience
