Our team is expanding and we are immediately looking for key individuals to contribute as highly motivated Delegate Sales Representative. This is a terrific opportunity for ambitious professionals to join us and work towards common goals as we sell over 120 annual conferences.

Our Delegate Sales Representatives are responsible for launching and coordinating inside daily sales on a B2B basis to the US legal market in addition to new, international markets.

Our responsibilities include presentations with top national law firms and corporate legal departments. We foster a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment that encourages career growth. Candidates should be comfortable working with a database and the MS Suite.
Desired Skills & Experience

Primary Responsibilities include: demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, utilizing our sales/marketing strategies and tactics, creating B2B account growth with mid-size and large accounts, recognize and maximizing the total potential sales for each event and annual development of new customer segments. We offer salary, commissions, on-going bonuses and incentives, a comprehensive benefits structure and customized training.

120+ events on the fiscal production calendar
Formal 3- day training program
Sales commissions pay monthly after first event month

Delegate Sales Representatives are responsible for fostering relationships over the phone, while generating consultative sales from leads in our large, segmented database. Our coordinators also prospect and sell new accounts with individual research.

Successful & professional candidates for this position:
Consistently display initiative, energy, and drive with Sales/Lead Generation ability
Achieve 60+ outbound dials day
Show regular prospecting & closing skills
Convey strong interpersonal skills to clients
Demonstrate strength in sales work, including industry curiosity
Work well and provide info to others in a project team
Consistently work within ACI sales guidelines
Are proficient with the basic MS Suite of apps (Outlook, Excel, Word)
An ability to speak a second language is a plus (in particular Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic or Russian) but not required
