A Sales Coordinator sets initial appointments for Senior Loan Officers and expands their knowledge of the business. In addition, they will work towards obtaining their Mortgage Loan Originator License.

Summit Funding, Inc. focuses on teaching a Sales Coordinator to sell during their first year, because we believe that if a Sales Coordinator develops good selling habits in the beginning of their career, they will be extremely successful throughout their career. Likewise, we believe most salespeople that do not learn this in the beginning, will struggle with their careers.

Top 3 Responsibilities and how you will be measured:

1) Generate New Realtor Meetings

Measurement: Minimum of 20 talk tos per day.

2) Generate Database Leads

Measurement: Minimum of 20 talk tos per day.

3) Learn to be a Loan Officer

Measurement: Attend 100% of the training meetings.

Essential Job Duties of the Position:

Speak to twenty referral accounts per day (Realtors, Builders, Accountants, and etc.) and set at least two appointments for the Loan Officer to meet with. (Some will be existing accounts and some will be referral accounts the Sales Coordinator has never met)
Fill up Lunch and Learns (minimum ten attendees per event)
Invite top fifty accounts to happy hour once per month
Talk to twenty past clients per week to generate refinances and purchases
Schedule at least two appointments per day using data base (top fifty list and accounts)
Ask Loan Officer ten questions per week
Read one book about sales or the mortgage business per week
Follow up on all new loan leads within three business hours, following Pre-qualify Lead Sheet instructions
Use Greatness Tracker every day to track calls and results
Attend daily team meeting
Attend weekly departmental meetings
Job Requirements:

Become licensed within six months of employment (State and Federal)
Complete Xinnix outsourced training within three months of employment
Pass both six month and eleven month tests at corporate office
Must have an above average work ethic
Must have a personality that allows maintenance of respectable relationships with a variety of personalities, while continuously focusing on detail
Strength Finder profile should be (the perfect candidate will have at least three of the following)
Must have Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Must be skillful with PC and proficient in Microsoft Office and applicable systems
Type at least 40+ words per minute.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, a person is regularly sitting in a standard office environment, at a desk, using a computer, phone, fax, and copy machine. This person may occasionally need to lift up to 20 pounds.
