Our fast paced, fun environment encourages professional growth offering the opportunity to work in our Naples, FL office or from your home office, depending on the region you represent. As a Sales Professional, you will sell our web-delivered content, via phone and/or in-person, to customers in educational institutions, historical societies, and government agencies by helping them solve problems through a consultative sales process. You will have the responsibility for the following with the support from management and product experts.

Assimilating product knowledge into a value proposition for prospects and existing customers
Conducting web based sales demonstrations to prospects and current customers on existing and new products
Maintaining existing customer relationships
Conducting accurate pipeline management and sales cycle management - "prospect to close"
Reporting, forecasting, various sales activities

Training will be provided to all new employees covering company and product training, as well as consultative sales training. You will be responsible for both maintaining and growing revenue with a strong existing customer base as well as developing new customers.
Compensation is commensurate with your experience and includes a base salary, commissions and benefits. The commission is uncapped with opportunities for commissions on new sales and renewal contracts. The benefits offered are competitive in todays market including medical/dental plan, prescription drug program, wellness program, vision plan, and 401(k) with Company match.
Consultative sales skills are critical for success in this position along with proven experience in selling. We are seeking to add individuals to our professional sales staff with sales intellect, consultative sales experience, and intellectual curiosity.
Candidates who have been successful in this position have had previous jobs selling software agreements, educational content, pharmaceutical sales, educational programs and other positions where consultative and relationship sales are required. It is imperative to possess the following for success in this role. Candidates must be assertive, self-starters and have a proven sales track record. Is this you?
