Position Summary:
The Sodexo and Aramark National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for leading and developing volume driving strategies across all sectors: Corporate Cafeterias (At Work), Hospitals and Healthcare, Colleges and Universities, and Vending. The NAM will be a strategic sales leader accountable for helping set the energy brand agenda with these leading foodservice companies.

Job Functions:
Identify opportunities, develop strategy, and outline an executional plan across all FSOP sectors
Develop relationships at the sector senior executive levels through the unit operators as they relate to annual business plans, decision making processes, communication flow, and program execution
Establish wiring structure for MEC field sales organization into the FSOP sectors at Sodexo and Aramark necessary for strategic implementation against key metrics: sector unit penetration, product schematics, merchandising, and pricing
Build developing relationships with CCR Management Team (VP, NAEs, AEs, Marketing) for Sodexo and Aramark in order to align Monster Brands within the CCR Beverage portfolio for top prioritization across the portfolio and Energy Category
Establish wiring structure for MEC field sales organization into the Coca-Cola and broad-line distributors responsible for execution for MEC lead energy strategic plans and initiatives
Coordinates and communicates key priorities with Regional FSOP managers for MEC Business Unit execution
Build fact based sector specific selling stories through analysis of Nielsen beverage category data, consumer foodservice trends, sector volume, and sector brand progressions for field sales use
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams which include MEC marketing, Coca-Cola Refreshments, and Sodexo and Aramark sector marketing teams to build national and regional promotions
Responsible for management of overall account P&L which includes operator support, equipment spend, maintaining equipment inventory, marketing initiatives, and POS elements
Maintains superior customer service by proactively resolving issues by partnering with Coca-Cola and broad-line distribution network cross-functions to identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations
Makes sound trade-offs of time, effort, and resources to effectively manage multiple demands
Responsible for on-going and long-term growth and financial profitability of MEC business with Sodexo and Aramark

Position Requirements:

Eight to ten years of sales experience in a foodservice, on-premise, and distributor sales environment
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance
Demonstrated track record of sales management achievement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers; ability to collaborate at all levels
Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses
Able to work independently while being a team player
Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and Inventory reports
Flexibility to travel as needed
