Job Description seeks an enthusiastic and high performing Account Executive to join Vaults Sales team in NYC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven B2B digital media sales success, experience growing an existing book of business and exceeding sales quotas. The account executive will establish and maintain partnerships with clients at some of the largest financial and management consulting organizations. This role will work closely with C-level executives and key decision makers to increase brand awareness amongst students and laterals in order to recruit and retain top talent.

Job Requirements
Initiate and maintain relationships with clients by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of recruitment needs
Prospect for new opportunities in existing client base
Conduct sales meetings with key decision makers to diagnose their key challenges and articulating Vaults value proposition
Proactively identify and develop growth opportunities in our market
Meet or exceed objectives in the areas of revenue, customer satisfaction and market penetration
Maintain high volume of successful daily sales activity
Maintain in-depth knowledge of trends in the financial and consulting markets

Business-related college degree
5-7 years of sales and content-based marketing
Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
HR or financial recruiting industry experience preferred
Knowledge of employer branding and campus recruiting practices a plus
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
