The Inbound Telesales Representative is a consultative professional sales position that is responsible for closing sales from existing and potential customers inquiring about and array of services including Cable, High Speed Data, Wireless, Telephone, Security and host of other services.

Essential Job Functions:
As a Time Warner Cable sale professional you will conduct a proactive consultative needs analysis with new and existing customers to develop client centric product solutions.
Sales professionals are responsible for achieving a monthly revenue quota across our product offerings. They are experts in all TWC products, services and packages in order to support the needs of our customers.
At least one year of sales experience in a high-paced, quota driven environment is preferred.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets utilizing a customer centric approach.
A highly organized individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, with basic math skills.
A proactive problem solver with a can do attitude.
Must have pleasant personality and telephone manners with a proven ability to work independently.
The ability to adapt well to change is a must for this role along with the ability to multitask.
Bilingual fluency (i.e., English/Spanish) is a plus.
